RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Business is operating as usual here at ATLAS despite the COVID-19 pandemic. We understand that this virus has thrown a wrench in many of our plans and adventures. We are dedicated to taking care of our customers and providing the same exceptional customer service we have always offered.
If you are having issues with fitment, installation or function, please reach out to us here first. We will troubleshoot with you and, in most cases, can get you properly set up after a quick email or phone call. Feel free to send us photos of the issue as well - that helps us quickly understand what's going on and how we can best help.
All returns require prior Return Authorization. ATLAS Throttle Lock assumes no responsibility for units sent without prior Return Authorization.
We will provide you with a shipping label free of charge within the USA. Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. Once your ATLAS is received, you will be issued a refund for the purchase price. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
