Warranty and Returns


Business is operating as usual here at ATLAS despite the COVID-19 pandemic. We understand that this virus has thrown a wrench in many of our plans and adventures. We are dedicated to taking care of our customers and providing the same exceptional customer service we have always offered. 

If you are having issues with fitment, installation or function, please reach out to us here first. We will troubleshoot with you and, in most cases, can get you properly set up after a quick email or phone call. Feel free to send us photos of the issue as well - that helps us quickly understand what's going on and how we can best help.

All returns require prior Return Authorization. ATLAS Throttle Lock assumes no responsibility for units sent without prior Return Authorization. 

We will provide you with a shipping label free of charge within the USA. Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. Once your ATLAS is received, you will be issued a refund for the purchase price. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. 


We manufacture the ATLAS Throttle Lock with the utmost care. If for some reason you discover that the part you received has a defect, we want to know about it so we can make it right. Providing our customers with the best throttle lock on the market is our top priority and we are here for you. 

All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturer defect for 2 years from the date of purchase. Please notify ATLAS immediately if any defects are discovered. Warranty claims will only be settled if the goods are returned together with a copy of the invoice. We will assess the part and determine if it requires repair or if it needs to be replaced.

Shipping your damaged part to ATLAS for repair or replacement will be free of charge domestically (USA) but shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser for any international orders. ATLAS will pay for shipping your repaired or replaced unit back to you, regardless of location.

The Warranty does NOT cover damage from misuse, neglect, accident or improper or careless installation. The warranty also does NOT cover products or parts which have been modified in any way.
