Harley Davidson Throttle Lock

Customer Reviews

Antonio G., 2009 Harley Davidson Street Bob - Very easy to install. I removed peaks from the throttle star that comes with the bike. This was done by filing them down with a rotary tool. I love the product, I have used it on several trips already. Best money I have spent on my motorcycle.

Thomas S., 2004 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail - [Installation] was ok. The ATLAS works great.

Explanation of Install

You will need to trim down the length of the 5 pointed factory "throttle lock" or simply remove it from the throttle housing. Additionally, we have seen a lot of varying throttle sleeve gaps. Your bike's gap may be big enough for the ATLAS, while the exact bike down the street may not.

If you are having trouble fitting the ATLAS to your Sportster, you may need to use a razor blade and cut about 1/16" off of the rubber grip flange to allow more room on the plastic throttle sleeve. Do not cut the plastic throttle sleeve. Only cut the rubber grip. We have done this before and it works great.
